After more than 30 years, Tim Caton retires as a principalAfter more than thirty years as a lawyer, many of them as a principal in TWM, from 1st August 2008 Tim Caton retired from being a corporate and tax principal in the Business Law Department and has instead become a tax consultant in the department. As a result we will retain his knowledge and experience of business law in general and his valuable tax expertise in particular. We look forward to Tim's important input on many future transactions whilst allowing others to take on the brunt of late-night completions! |
