Peter Stevens joins the team On 7th December Peter Stevens joined the Business Law Department to step into the shoes of Charles Fuente who retires in April next year. Peter will formally become the Head of the Business Law Department at the beginning of January and he and Charles will work together to ensure a smooth transition for all of our clients. Peter has over 30 years’ experience as a solicitor and chartered tax adviser in Central London, and is delighted now to be working in Surrey where he has lived for the last 25 years. He brings a wealth of experience in corporate, commercial, intellectual property and tax work, together with an enthusiasm for combining a high level of technical ability with pragmatic advice for business clients. Of the first week in his new post Peter says: “My new colleagues could not have been more helpful or made me feel more welcome, and I have been impressed by their range of talents and the quality of the work they are doing. I am looking forward in the New Year to getting to know them, their clients and the local business community better, building on Charles' excellent work over many years and playing my part in helping to ensure the team receives the recognition it deserves." |
