Virtual Data Room
TWM provide virtual data rooms (VDRs) for all types of transactions through preview, a web-based document repository where all authorised parties involved in a transaction have 24 hour access to relevant information in a secure environment.
Data Room documents are in PDF format and access is controlled by password. As appropriate, permissions can be varied to determine what documents can be seen and printed.
Data rooms overcome many limitations that exist in providing, and continuously updating, large quantities of paper documents for multiple parties. Accessible from an internet browser, a VDR can dramatically reduce both transaction time and expense by:
• enabling TWM to make information available to multiple parties quickly;
• allowing for that information to be kept up-to-date easily and quickly;
• enabling each party to be confident that all parties are seeing the same information;
• allowing multiple parties to participate concurrently in the due diligence process.
